That line, combined with "emotions are not actually facts" has got me through this week. My therapist is going to earn his keep next week.

and along the lines of what i just said, the lyrics that have been circulating in my head, and which oddly enough pertain to bonnie raitt's wisdom, are: "you've got to know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em..." those country singers may be onto something in terms of words to live by!!
